Duration : 13 Nights - 14 Days (Depending on flight times)
Destinations : Chennai >Kanchipuram> Bangalore > Mysore> Mysore >Ooty> Cochin > Alleppey> Periyar > Madurai>Tanjore> Chidambaram > Pondicherry>Mahabalipuram to Chennai

Day 01: Arrive in Chennai
On arrival from at Chennai airport, one of our representatives will transfer you to your chosen accommodation.

Day 02: Chennai to Kanchipuram (75km 2hrs)
After breakfast your driver will pick you up and take you on a sight seeing tour around Chennai. This will include the Museum of art and bronze followed by a drive through the Flower & Fruit Market, the High Court, the Fort Museum, Marina Beach, the Saint Thomas Cathedral and Kanchipuram (town temple). You will then be returned to your chosen accommodation for a rest, where you will also have time for lunch if wished, before being picked up in the early afternoon to visit the Shiva Temple inKanchipuram, the Ekambareswara Temple, and finally The Kailasnathar Temple. Once the temple tour is over you will be returned to your chosen accommodation to rest for the evening.

Day 3 : Kanchipuram to Bangalore (320km 6hrs)
After breakfast your driver will pick you up and drive you on to Bangalore. After arrival at your chosen accommodation and after check in, you will be left to enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. Here we also suggest a visit to the main market for those interested.

Day 4: Bangalore to Mysore (150km 3.30hrs)
After breakfast your driver will pick you up and take you on a tour around Bangalore city. This will include a visit to theLalBagh Gardens, a drive past VidhanaSoudha, and finally a visit to theBangalore Palace (Inspired by the Windsor Castle). You will be given the opportunity to enjoy a local lunch before being driven on to Mysore. After arrival at your chosen accommodation and after check in, you will be left to enjoy the rest of the day and evening at your leisure.

Day 05 : Mysore 
After breakfast you driver will pick you up and take you on a sight seeing tour of Mysore. This will include the Chamundi Hills on the outskirts of Mysore city, t the Temple and Nandi (Bull) statu(made from one block of stone), theMysore Palace, the Maharaja's Palace is a beautiful three storied stone building of fine gray granite and rich pink marble domes, overlooking this structure is a five-storied 145 foot tower whose domes are gilded in gold. After the tour is over you will be taken to visit the Devraja fruits and flower market before being returned to your chose accommodation to enjoy the evening at your leisure.

Day 06 : Mysore to Ooty (130km 4 hrs)
After breakfast your driver will pick you up and drive you on to the beautiful Ooty hill station.
After checking in to your chosen accommodation and having a rest, your driver will pick you up and take you to vivit the beautiful Botanical Gardens and the Doddabetta Pass. Once the visits are over you will be returned to your chosen accommodation to rest for the evening.

Day 07 : Ooty to Cochin (295km 6.5hrs)
After breakfast your driver will pick you up and drive you on to Cochin. After arriving at your chosen accommodation you will be to free to explore the lovey heritage town by walk and later go for a shopping and in the evening watch the Kathakali Dance Show (the traditional art form of Kerala).

Day 08 : Cochin to Alleppey (60km 2hrs)
After breakfast and accommodation your driver will take you to explore Cochin, visiting the Jewish Synagogue, Dutch Palace, St. Francis Church, Indo – Portuguese Museum, Santa Cruz Basilica and the Chinese Fishing Nets. Afterwards you will be driven on to Alleppey where you will take your private houseboat at 12.30pm and start your cruise along the narrow canals. During the journey you can visit ancient temples, churches, paddy fields and can watch the daily activities of the local people who live nearby. Your crewmembers will serve delicious Kerala food on board and will take good care of you. In the evening at around 5:30PM, you will be anchored at one of the beautiful local villages where you will be free to do some fishing (during the night time there will not be any cruise). Overnight stay in an air- conditioned luxurious houseboat(a houseboat cruise with an overnight stay is the most thrilling experience which Kerala offers and undoubtedly this is the highlight of any trip to South India)

Day 09 : Alleppey to Periyar (150km 4hrs)
After breakfast you will leave your houseboat and be driven on to Periyar. Here you can enjoy a local a nature walk, border hiking group, jungle safari, bamboo rafting, jungle patrol, the Periyar tiger trail, plantation and/or sightseeing.

Day 10 : Periyar to Madurai (285km 6hrs)
After breakfast you will be driven to then Periyar lake to enjoy a boat cruise, this boat cruise is available from morning 7am. Once the cruise is over your driver will drive you on to Madurai. On arrival and after you have checked in to your chose accommodation, you will be left to enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. Once the sight seeing has been completed you will be returned to your chose accommodation to enjoy the evening at your leisure.

Day 12 : Madurai toTanjore (200km 4hrs)
After breakfast your driver will pick you up and drive you on to Tanjore. On aarrivaland after checking in to your chosen accommodation your driver will take you to visit the Brihadeeswarar Shiva Temple inTanjore, built by King Raja Rajan in 985 AD - 1010 AD. The architecture is breath taking. Followed by the Raja Rajan art gallery to seethe famousbronze statues. Once the sight seeing has been completed you will be returned to your chose accommodation to enjoy the evening at your leisure.

Day 13 : Tanjore to Chidambaram to Pondicherry (180km 4hrs)
After breakfast your driver will pick you up and drive you on to Pondicherry, visiting The Nataraja Temple at Chidambaram on the way. The roof of the sanctum sanctorum is covered with gold plates. The presiding deity of the temple is represented by air, one of the five elements of the universe and is known as Akasa Lingam. On arrival in Pondicherry at your chosen accommodation and after check in, you will be left to enjoy the rest of the day and evening at your leisure.

Day 14 : Pondicherry to Mahabalipuram to Chennai (160km 4hrs)
After breakfast your driver will take you around Pondicherry, visiting the city center and the Sri Aurobindo Ashram the serene world of distinct spiritual vibration and thus renowned as Sacred Land followed by visit to the city of Auroville. Afterwards your driver will drive you on to Mahabalipuram. In Mahabalipuram you will be taken to visit the 7th-century Shore Temple and its beautiful gardens followed by the 7th-century Five Rathas. Once the tour is finished you will be transferred on to Chennai airport where you will board your chosen flight. If you have a late flight a driver will collect you and there will be an opportunity to do some last minute shopping and have dinner before being dropped off at the airport to catch your international flight home.
